Pole Dance - Intro Level Description: This is the perfect starting point for those looking to discover the world of Pole Dance. In this class, you will learn fundamental basics such as proper posture, essential grips, basic spins, and initial movements on the pole. You will also start working on the strength and flexibility needed to progress safely. Prerequisites: None. Designed for beginners with no prior experience.

Special Instructions

What to Bring to Your First Pole Dance Class   To feel comfortable and safe during class, we recommend bringing: Proper attire: Shorts and a sports bra. If you prefer more coverage, wear fitted leggings that can be rolled up to mid-thigh and a tank top. Yoga mat (optional) for warm-up. Water bottle to stay hydrated.    Optional extras: • Hand towel. • Arnica gel for potential bruises. • Grip aid for better hold. • A light snack like a protein bar or banana. • A loose tank top to wear before or after class.   What to Avoid:   Lotions & body oils (they can affect your grip). Apply them 24-48 hours before class, or try a glycerin-based lotion the night before. Jewelry & watches (they can scratch or get caught on the pole). Long nail extensions (they may interfere with grip and comfort).   Come ready to move, have fun, and enjoy the experience!
