Pole Dancing Studio

Contemporary flow is a choreography based hybrid of low flow
pole and contemporary dance. We will work through unique movement
around the base of the pole and floor while strengthening your
musicality and dance technique.

Knee pads and socks highly recommended. No heels in this class.
