Aerial yoga can be done by all ages, shapes, and sizes. It helps to decompress the spine, increase core strength, and improve balance, The use of the fabric during flows allows for increased movement, incorporates pulling/pushing resistance, and added support. This is a mixed level class which means it is suitable for beginners as well as those who have taken aerial yoga classes before. No yoga or aerail yoga experience is required to take this class.
