About the Class

Flexibility… the art of bending without breaking. We incorporate dance, yoga and Pilates methods that will help increase your technique, flexibility and range of motion without compromising your strength. Learn how to safely execute splits, open your shoulders, bend your back and more! You will work on creating beautiful lines and get an intense workout while developing balance and control. Important: please come dressed in layers - bring warm socks, full leggings, full length shirt and jumper/hoodie, kneepads.
