About the Class

Pole Fitness :: Level 2 This class is for those who feel confident in combining spins, climbs and sits and are ready to begin learning aerial tricks and inverts. At this level, you will build on the techniques you learned in previous levels and start conditioning your muscles to invert, handspring, shoulder mount and perform tricks safely off the ground. Upright spinner combos and pole conditioning are at the heart of this class.
