Booking is with Host - Particpants must enroll in Wellness Living with Studio 4 and sign the online waiver. $50 deposit is required to book your party and is non-refundable after 72 hours but is applied to the cost of your party. Remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment. Must have minimum of 5 people to book a private party with additional attendees at $30 each.
