Pole Fitness Studio

We are the area's premier Pole Dance Studio and Training Center
with state of the art equipment and award-winning instructors. We
offer a variety of pole, aerial hammock and aerial hoop classes
from absolute beginners to seasoned competitors as well as yoga and
fitness classes for cross training. You will find an environment
that is friendly and supportive, where we treat you like a friend
and want to see you kill it. Whether you want to get fit, have fun
or be a lil spicy, we got you. Enjoy classes for all levels or even
join our competition team.
We recently expanded our facilities to include a 24/7 access
training room with 2 pole competition set-ups, a fly pole, lollipop
and Lyra that can be booked at all hours of the day and night
(except when classes are being held in the space).
It's like a gym, but NOT. You get to hang out with friends who
don't judge you and learn cool stuff and feel comfortable in your
skin.
We also throw epic bachelorette, birthday and besties parties.
