Put What You've Learned to the Test! This class is designed to challenge what you’ve learned in Levels 1-3 and expand on that. Instructors will guide you to: Begin exploring more advanced, strength and flexibility focused pole moves, such as Handsprings, drops, flips, and splitty shapes of all kinds. Use the advanced level as conditioning and an entry point to higher-level techniques—it’s not the ultimate goal but a stepping stone for growth. Practice strength-based movements such as Pole Handstands, introductory Ayeshas, and other shapes that don’t fit into our lower levels. Develop the skills and conditioning necessary to tackle more complex pole challenges.
Prerequisites for Advanced Pole: To join this class, you should: Be able to safely execute an Aerial Invert and transition into secure leg hang positions. Comfortably perform Shoulder Mounts with control and proper technique. Confidently hold foundational aerial shapes such as Brass Monkey and Extended Butterfly. Have attended several Intermediate Pole classes to solidify these movements, build strength, and ensure proper conditioning for aerial tricks. Wear shorts to allow for secure grip and mobility during climbing and aerial shapes.
