Your Go to Class for Dynamic Edgework & Heel Technique! This class is designed to help you challenge your strength, balance, and fluidity dancing in platform heels in a Level 2 sequence. Instructors will guide you through: Shapes on the pole and floor that test ankle mobility and use variety of heel angles. Heelwork techniques involving control and precision. Smooth sequences to improve your transitions and movement flow. Balance and control exercises to help you feel grounded and confident. Perfect for those that have danced in heels for a few months in Pole Foundations and those looking to elevate their skills while embracing their confidence and comfort in high heels!

Special Instructions

Prerequisites for Heels Foundations: Important: please wear heels to Pole Foundations for at least 1-2 months before joining this class. To attend this class you should: Be able to pivot on your toe point and perform moves like Pole Walks, Pirouettes, etc. Have attended enough Pole Foundations classes in heels to become familiar with a variety of grips and basic movements. Be able to confidently stand on one foot in heels, like you would for a Leg Wave. Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move around in. Knee pads highly encouraged!
