Open Pole is an unguided 1 hour long session that allows for you to work on your own moves, dance on or off the pole, workout, stretch, etc. An instructor is not always present so be aware this is independent practice time for you. Prerequisites for Open Pole While this session does not have any specific prerequisites, we recommend having enough experience to train independently during the session and being familiar with what you plan to work on, as there will not be an instructor there teaching full moves. To attend this class, you should: Wear whatever allows you to train how you'd like during your session!
