Build Strength & Flow on Spin This class is designed to build upon the basics and introduce essential skills for spin pole! Instructors will guide you through: Controlled spins to develop grip strength and fluidity. Momentum management techniques for safe and smooth transitions on spin. Short combos to practice linking moves while maintaining spin control. Transition moves to enhance your flow and versatility on spin pole. This Level 1.5 class is perfect for students with a solid understanding of moves from Pole Foundations on static pole.
Prerequisites for Spin Pole Foundations: To attend this class, you should: Understand a variety of foundational grips, like Half Bracket and Full Bracket / Split Grip. Have attended enough Pole Foundations classes to be able to effectively pull with the top arm and push with the bottom arm in each grip, enabling you to execute a wide range of spins with control and confidence. Wear shorts to ensure proper grip and mobility for Climb Prep and Pole Sits.
