About the Class

This is a 50:50 Cycle:strength training class created to help you boost your heart rate and build strength & endurance. We mesh fun challenging drills on the bike with rigorous body weight and band movements. All exercises can be modified for all fitness levels and abilities. Let’s challenge our body together meshing strength and cardio!
