About the Class

Our signature ride is a 45 minute high-intensity party on a bike that is a mixture of power and rhythm! It is a low-impact cardiovascular workout on a bike and can be done by people of all fitness levels. Guaranteed to burn between 500 to 800 in 45 minutes). Our instructors will provide you with the proper form to pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises by using our phenomenal sound system (8 speakers in the room), our theatrical lighting system, and energizing music. Mesmerizing beats and theater illumination are integrated with choreography for an exhilarating, full body experience, and a digital detox for the mind, body, and soul. The instructors will only be your guide. You make your own workout experience as you, and only you, are in control of the resistance knob on the bike. Weights may or may not be used. Instructor's discretion.
