TRUE Ride
is a dedicated, stadium style indoor cycling studio with great
acoustics, amazing music and atmospheric lighting. Riders are
transported to a place where they can focus on achieving their
personal best performance. In addition, every instructor is TRUE
Ride certified, using a high intense instructing method, ensuring
that the quality and consistency of the experience is exceptional
every time! Finally, all of our SPIN classes incorporates upper
body work on the bike giving you a TRUE full body work out, head to
toe.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS PACKAGE EXPIRES 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. 

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXTENSIONS, FREEZING, OR REFUNDS.

This includes a complementary shoe rental for your first ride only. Rentals are normally $3. 

Cancellations - 12 HOURS before your scheduled class.
As a courtesy to other riders and our instructors, you must cancel your class 12 HOURS before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalties.

Late Cancel/No Show -  Your new ride will be forfeited.

Late Cancel/No Show -  UNLIMITED memberships are subject to a $10 LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEE if a class is not canceled within 12 HOURS from the start of class. 

Late Arrival – If you are running late, please call us to let us know.  Your spot will be released two minutes before the start of class if we have not heard from you.  

Waitlist – If a class is full you can join the waitlist.  We will add guest on a first come first serve basis as spots become available.  You will be notified by email that you have added or you can check your account under "my classes" to see if your status has changed from "waitlisted" to "enrolled".  If you are on our waitlist and cannot attend class, please login into your account and remove yourself from the waitlist. If you don’t remove yourself from the waitlist and you are auto enrolled, the same policies described above "no show" will apply.
