Fully customizable massage service so that the client may have the best possible experience for their mind, body, & soul. Each massage session will include hot towels, one special add-ins, & relaxing sounds of your choice.

Massage options:
Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Swedish Massage: a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.
The massage therapist will utilize up to five main types of massage techniques within the Swedish massage: slow gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping, & vibration. 

Unlike deep tissue massage, Swedish massage therapy uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation.

Trigger Point Massage: The goal of trigger point massage is to locate active trigger points and encourage them to “calm down.”
Direct pressure on the trigger point encourages the muscle to release; stretching, kneading, and other techniques are also used to help release the tension. This style of pressure may feel uncomfortable at first but communication with your therapist & deep slow breathing is key to ensuring a successful session.

Pre-natal Massage: Prenatal massage is a type that's similar to the regular Swedish massage – it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly. Positioning, pillows, and cushions are used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind. **HIGH RISK PREGNANCY MUST HAVE DOCTORS APPROVAL**

Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), is a manual therapy that takes a deep, comprehensive look into muscles and how they are- or are not- contracting appropriately to move your body. 

MAT is all about restoring sensitivity to muscles to receive better input from the brain to contract. The best way to think about this neuromuscular relationship is to understand that it is like the brain is having a cell phone conversation with every single muscle of the body. Some muscles are highly sensitive and have great cell reception to receive a call from the brain. Other muscles, due to stress, trauma, and/or overuse, lose that sensitive cell phone reception and therefore, the conversation between them and the brain becomes jumbled or like a dropped phone call. MAT is a systematic way to evaluate every muscle to see which muscles have great cell phone reception, and which ones are struggling with the phone call. 

By restoring sensitivity to your muscles and their ability to receive input from the brain, people experience recovery from chronic pain, acute injury and are equipped with new tools to help maintain their joint and muscle health. 

Typical clients are people who:
    -  Are Prepping or Recovering from Surgery:
    -  Have Chronic Pain like, but not limited to, Plantar     
            Fasciitis, Lower Back Pain, Sciatica, Patellar Tracking 
            Syndrome, Neck Pain, Golfer/Tennis Elbow, Shoulder 
            Pain
   -   Are recovering from an acute injury like whiplash, torn 
            ligaments, sprained ankles, shoulder dislocations
   -   Are training for a sport or event and want to prevent the 
            onset of an overuse or acute injury.
