SweatRx: The Starter Prescription Pack

SweatRx aims to offer more options for the Richland
community by providing a luxury indoor cycling experience. This
rhythmic-based studio lets clients enjoy their favorite songs while
getting a great workout. Inspired by owner Alexis Lohr’s background
as a pharmacist, SweatRx promotes physical health by helping
clients build stamina and reduce the risk of conditions such as
high blood pressure, high cholesterol, strokes, and heart attacks.
At SweatRx, it’s “just what the doctor ordered” to improve your
physical health and avoid unnecessary medications. Let’s sweat it
out together with a full-body workout!
With my healthcare expertise and cycling experience, I
can make a positive impact in the community and attract clients to
the studio. All instructors will be trained to deliver consistent
classes, offering varying impact levels to accommodate beginner,
intermediate, and advanced clients. Whether you’re just starting or
looking for a challenge, SweatRx will cater to your needs while
maintaining a strong,recognizable brand.
The business will thrive by offering an experience
that no other studio can match. Rhythmic spinning is perfect for
those with a background in music, dance, or cheerleading, allowing
them to “feel the rhythm” and excel. We also provide a full-body
workout, incorporating core and arm movements. SweatRx’s focus on
