RMSL 1 & 2
About the Event
RMSL level 1 & 2 is for children ages 6 and above. It is for children just starting to swim. RMSL 1 skills to be mastered are: Front float unassisted, Back float unassisted, Roll-over float, Front glide unassisted, Back glide unassisted, Side glide introduction, Roll-over glide assisted, Flutter kick, Distance swim 5m, Water safety education RMSL 2 skills to be mastered are: Entry and recovery, Front float unassisted, Back float unassisted, Roll-over float, Front glide unassisted, Back glide unassisted, Side glide, Roll-over glide, Front glide side glide, Distance swim 10m, Water safety education
Special Instructions
Please meet at the left side of the pool when your lesson is scheduled to begin. Parents are required to stay with the child until they have been collected by the instructor. Please wear sunscreen and bring your goggles if you want them. We look forward to teaching your child as much as we can during our time with them. Happy Swimming, RMSL
