50 minute 1-to-1 Sessions at Highworth Recreation Centre (25m Traditional Pool) World Class Stroke Correction for Swimmers and Triathletes. For location details see the google maps link here Please note that this session type has a strict 72 hour cancellation policy in force, this differs from our endless pool policy so please be aware of this.  Please see details of the cancellation policy below. We are now pleased to be able to offer our highly sought after 1-to-1 coaching in a traditional 25m laned pool. These sessions are held at Highworth Recreation Centre on Wednesdays & Fridays 8am-8:50am, other times may be available in the future.  We take the same Swim Smooth certified focus and energ add a twost of swim smooth magic, and deliver you the very besty technique development session that we are famous well known for. These sessions are ideal if you prefer a traditional pool environment over our Endless Pool, while maintaining the privacy of your swim as we will have the whole pool to ourselves.   During your session we will work with you to focus on developing your stroke with the aim of becoming a more efficient and faster swimmer. Ideal as one off sessions, video analysis follow up session or for the swimmer looking for regular coaching input on a 1-to-1 basis. For clairty this session type is not a video analysis session.  Video analysis sessions are only avaialble in our Endless Pool. What to expect: A 50 minute 1-to-1 session at Highworth Recreation Centre where we will have the whole pool to ourselves.  Sessions can be purchased in single sessions (62.99, 3 month expiry) or a twin pack (£119.99, 4 month expiry).  Please note that these sessions have a 72 hour cancellation policy in force, see our policy below.   We begin with a quick warm-up in the pool to establish your pace and so coach can overview your stroke and key areas to woro on. Snapshot Video: Where possible we will take a very quick film of your stroke during the warm up to show you.  this enables you to visulise what you are doing when swimming.  This is NOT a video analysis session, for this service see our full video analysis session or mini analysis session in our Endless Pool. Implementation: Work with your coach to implement improvements to your stroke usiung focussed swimming, drills, visulisations and kit use. Post-Session Resources: Receive a comprehensive session review document highlighting what we did in the session and what you can work on in the future. Use your one month Swimsmooth.guru access to view drill demonstrations, exercises, concepts, and any fault fixer plans we may prescribe to you. Join us after your session for squad sessions, open water sessions or follow up sessions.   Important, Buying this session - This session can only be used by the person / account that has purchased the session, sessions are not transferable to others as all bookings must be made in the name of the person swimming in the session. Please DO NOT buy this session if it is for a gift or for somebody else to use as this causes additional work and complications which may eat into your session time. For gifts please purchase a gift voucher instead via our booking system store or via www.southwestswim.co.uk/gifts.  Cancellation - Our cancellation period is free of charge 72 hours before the session start time, cancelling after this time for any reason (including illness) is classed as a late cancellation and the session will be charged in full as if attended. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy as we need to balance fairness to all our customers alongside the cost of pool hire fees and other losses due to late cancellations, as session times may not be able to be resold at late notice and we will still need to pay for the pool hire. All of our sessions are non refundable so early cancelled session passes are returned to your booking account for use on a future booking, within the original expiry date of the session pass.  All cancellations must be performed through your the “My Schedule” menu of your booking account, you can log in HERE
