Progression Lessons are for students who have completed Basic Training or their Refresher and want to continue building their skills weekly. Many students come 1x per week year round to keep their skills sharp! These lessons are 10-15 minutes in length. These students will continue to grow with us, they will learn strokes, perfect their strokes and practice other parts that help make them strong swimmers (and not just to race/compete on a team).
