Get your heart rate up & sweat flowing in this fun, dynamic, fast-paced vinyasa flow. We'll move slowly at first to build strength and understand correct alignment and then take things up a notch with quick movements connected by breath to get your heart rate up. Expect loud music, laughs, and a completely new perspective of yoga.  And the best part?! We'll hang afterwards for a little Friday happy hour action!
