Join me for a flowy, strength building class that will connect you to your baby, body & breath for a deeper understanding of the dynamic changes taking place. We'll do plenty of stretching to open up all those achy areas (many of which you can do at home, too!) and  move through a yoga flow that is uniquely special and safe for moms to be. As a Mom of three I can attest that prenatal yoga was a lifesaver throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond!
