Anastasia Stigall is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer with a strong background in sports medicine, wellness, and performance care. Since beginning her career in 2013 after graduating from The Massage Institute of Memphis, she has combined hands-on therapeutic skill with a deep understanding of athletic performance and recovery.Anastasia earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State University and later her Master of Science while serving as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Idaho. Her experience spans collegiate athletics, clinical settings, and military performance care — including her work with the U.S. Army at Fort Bliss, where she supported elite soldiers in maintaining peak readiness.Today, Anastasia continues to integrate massage therapy and athletic training to help clients improve movement, reduce pain, and optimize performance. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
