Work with an instructor in a semi-private session (yourself and one other person) for a fully customised Pilates experience tailored to your goals, needs, and fitness level. This session focuses on personalised guidance to help you build strength, improve mobility, and refine your technique. We highly recommend this if you’re new to Pilates.
