About the Event
Mat Pilates is proudly presented as part of Sunshine Coast Council’s Healthy Sunshine Coast program. Held in the Palmwoods Hall over the colder months. Designed for all ages 5+ and abilities. Special Instructions
Please bring a yoga or pilates mat, towel and water. All children aged 5+ welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult. This is held on the Piccabeen Green, grassed area opposite Homegrown Cafe & The Wellness Project Pilates & Osteopathy studio. Cash Only $5 for children and healthcare/pension card holders (must show on day) and $10 for everyone else.
