Welcome to our boutique studio, located in the
heart of Palmwoods on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Owned by
Caitlin, a passionate Osteopath & movement enthusiast. We bring
together the benefits of Pilates & Osteopathy to support your
health & wellness journey. 
​Our studio offers small, personalised pilates
classes where you can experience a unique combination of reformer,
wunda chair, and mat work. Whether you're a beginner or advanced in
your Pilates practice, our sessions are tailored to suit your
level. We also provide Pilates therapy classes which utilise
personalised programs designed specifically for your body and
health goals. 
In addition to Pilates, we offer Osteopathy
appointments in Palmwoods, where Caitlin utilises various
Osteopathic manual therapy techniques along with exercise
rehabilitation to address her patients' pain and injury management.
Caitlin emphasizes the importance of lifestyle factors such as
sleep, stress management, and recovery in the overall wellness
equation. Caitlin also takes Osteopathy appointments in Noosa
(availability can be found on the booking page).
