The Simple Everyday

With fewer people in a group (minimum 3 and maximum 5 participants), you are able to receive more individualised attention giving your instructor the space to focus on specific needs. Being able to customise your Pilates or Strength exercises will allow you to maximise your workout. Everybody’s fitness goals are different. You may be doing Pilates or Simple Strength to lose weight, tighten up specific areas or rehabilitate an injury. With a smaller group your instructor is able to customise exercises to suit your specific needs.
