ABOUT Small Group Pilates Session (3-4 people) Session taught using reformer, tower and stability chair 50 minutes including a warm up and cool down WHAT TO EXPECT This session is aimed at developing strength, stability, flexibility, whole body balance and awareness as you move between equipment in this session. You’ll use the Reformer, Sometimes the Chair and Tower in a small group setting, maximizing your workout and personalized attention. We will challenge the body with more complicated movement patterns, tensions. Session will be of faster pace and bring up the heart rate. WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS SESSION This class is recommended for those who have taken Pilates and is considered an intermediate/ advance mover. Movers in this session should be body aware, and looking to challenge intermediate level movement, move at a faster pace. If you have NOT moved with MNDFL before and have movement restrictions or recovering from an injury (please connect with MNDFL prior to booking this session).
