Hi!My name is Svitlana!I'm originally from Ukraine and I'm new to Canada. I have spent the past 12 years living in UAE and am excited for my next chapter in Calgary.I am primarily an ashtanga-vinyasa instructor, but also specialize in Yin and Nidra. I got my yoga certifications from Bali and India, Rishikesh - the capital of yoga. With my practices I aim to guide individuals to physical and mental health using Yoga as the catalyst.I hope to see you Tuesday nights at 5:00pm!Namaste!
