Hello my name is Shummy Sangha, I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for over ten years. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011. During my career I have had the pleasure of working with numerous professional and amateur athletes in all sports. I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in both a health clinic and spa resorts environment, I have the ability to altar my treatments to cater to the specific needs of my clients weather it is addressing a specific injury or an overall full body relaxation treatment. Skills that I incorporate into my treatments include deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, myofacial therapy, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy. My client's needs are always of utmost importance to me. I am very passionate about my profession and receive considerable satisfaction from helping my clients.
