Iyengar yoga is probably the most practiced form of yoga in the world. Valuing tradition over trends, it focuses on purity of pose and ongoing learning. You can expect to learn new poses and to deepen your knowledge of those you already know.  Iyengar can be practiced by everyone. It is most appreciated by those who enjoy a disciplined and structured approach to yoga. With Iyengar Yoga you’ll find the teacher telling you not only where to put your foot, or how to turn your leg, but importantly, how to modify a pose for your own body. You’ll feel seen and safe. You will experience standing and seated poses, but also inversions, twists, and back extensions, many made accessible with the use of props. Jayne varies the lesson themes, and through demonstrations and clear instruction, guides you to bring body, breath and mind together.
