About the Class

All Levels Welcome   This class is for your mind and body, we will bring focus to pranayama, postures and alignment and will offer some modifications and alternatives should you be a beginner to the practice. We will spend the time to deepen our knowlege and foundation of the postures.  You will be guided through a variety of traditional and non-traditional yoga movements to develop functional ranges of motion and a deeper sense of body awareness. Detailed cuing and creative sequencing will help you discover new possibilities of movement. This is a great class if you are looking for an overall tune up and will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
