Special Instructions   Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your session.  What we recommend for the session: Openmind & open heart: The 24-unit EESystem is a powerful zero-point energy field and bringing an open mind and open heart could help you through the session Resting during your session: The EESystem works best when you are able to rest and your brain can reach the deeper delta and theta states. We recommend napping or meditating during your session. This allows your body and your cells to recharge and regenerate in the rest state Intention setting: Set an intention for what you would like to release and what you would like to bring in Late arrival and cancellation & no-show policy: Late arrival: If you arrive late for your session - you will only be able to use the remaining time. For example, if your session is 2 hours and you arrive 30 minutes late, you will have 1hr 30 minutes left in the session 24-hour Cancellation: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please simply cancel it through your MaahiWellness portal or call the center at 604-449-9673 at least 24 hours in advance.  Late cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, your session cannot be rescheduled and you lose the session. No-show: If you are a no-show to your session, you will lose the session.   What you need before your session: Hydrate yourself by drinking at least 1-2 litres of distilled water.  Eat a highly nutritious meal with: Fresh, live, raw – fruits and vegetables Lemons, grapefruits, limes, berries Raw nuts Healthy fats (avocados are good) Lots of greens Choose organic foods if possible Bone Broth Hormone-free eggs and meat What you need during your session: A Bottle of water to hydrate yourself  Turn off your cell phone- the wellness room is a cell phone free zone. Warm socks Warm and comfortable clothes- loose clothing Pen and notebook for your journaling Eye mask & Earplugs to help you rest easily  Your warm blanket - we provide a blanket but recommend bringing your own to feel cozy Please place all your belongings under your chair during the session. There is caution tape around the EESystem - please take care not to touch the EESystem and place all your belongings on the outside of the caution tape. What you need after your session: Hydrate yourself by drinking at least 1-2 litres of distilled water.  Take a detox bath -full body bath, or foot bath for a minimum of 30 mins to help eliminate toxins from your body. We highly recommend a full body bath as it helps with the maximum elimination of toxins. You can purchase our detox salt baths which are scalar-charged by the EESystem at our center or visit our website for the recipe for the detox bath https://maahiwellness.com/book-a-session/.   For a full body bath, you will need the following ingredients: Please make sure the quantities are exactly as shared, as this is a precise science of detoxification. 2 cups of Sea salt 2 cups of Baking Soda 1 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax If you can’t have a full body bath-then the other option is to have a foot bath using the following recipe: 1 cup of Sea Salt 1 cup of Baking Soda 1/2 cup of 20 Mule Team Borax What to expect when you arrive at the center: If you are joining us for a session for the first time and haven’t yet signed the membership agreement or paid for your sessions, please arrive 20 minutes earlier to sign and pay If you have paid for your sessions all your paperwork is complete and are joining us for recurring sessions- please arrive 15 minutes early.  We will have a welcome circle with a short education segment to help you get the most out of your session Parking for the centre There is limited street parking right near the center. Please note that street parking is limited to 2 hours only. To ensure ample time for your session and to avoid any inconvenience, we recommend utilizing the nearby public parking option listed below. The closest parking lot is a 4-minute walk away at Diamond Parking Ltd. The address is: 1154 West Broadway- Dimond ParkingLot #4041 Located on the roof of the TOYS R US store. This parking lot also has handicapped parking. This parking is 24x7  Accessibility: The center is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible The center is located at the South West corner of Spruce and W 8th Avenue The wheelchair ramp is off Spruce St.  SkyTrain Station The closest Skytrain station to the center is Broadway City-Hall station on the Canada Line. The centre is located at a 15-minute walk from the station. Bus Station The closest Bus station to the center is a 2-minute walk away on Broadway & Spruce – Bus #9 Closest Café The closest cafe is Waves Coffee House - located at a 2-minute walk from the center on Broadway & Spruce St The closest cafe is Tim Hortons - located at a 7-minute walk from the center or a 2-minute drive from the center- The address is:  865 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1J9
