Barre class is a full-body workout inspired by Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. It focuses on low-impact, high-repetition movements to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and muscle endurance. While it's Ballet-inspired, no dance experience is required. Intended for All Levels

Special Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close 5 minutes BEFORE classes in our Loft begin.
