This class refers to the foundational principles that every reformer class will build upon. This class will teach you how to set up and use your reformer machine. Giving you the confidence to continue building your practice and explore other classes. BRING YOUR OWN SOCKS (Grippy socks must be worn when using the Reformers) Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins.
