About the Class

This class refers to the foundational principles that every reformer class will build upon. This class will teach you how to set up and use your reformer machine. Giving you the confidence to continue building your practice and explore other classes. Pilates sessions are designed to: Strengthen back and abdominal muscles  Improve balance, posture and coordination Increase flexibility Restore Natural Posture Improve athletic performance Rehabilitate and prevent injury  Tone muscles Elevate and energize the spirit Who it's for: This is for the those new to reformer or those wanting to build a stronger foundation in their practice.

Special Instructions

BRING YOUR OWN SOCKS (Grippy socks must be worn when using the Reformers) Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins.
