About the Class

This class will both challenge and support you. As you move with resistance but are supported all the way.  This reformer class will work on enhancing your balance, flexibility, & core strength, sculpting lean muscles. This full-body workout will move through uniquely designed strengthening moves and creative and effective movement on the reformer to challenge and tone your weak areas while elongating tight ones. Pilates sessions are designed to: Strengthen back and abdominal muscles  Improve balance, posture and coordination Increase flexibility Restore Natural Posture Improve athletic performance Rehabilitate and prevent injury  Tone muscles Elevate and energize the spirit Who it's for: All levels class the beauty of resistance, you can increase if you need or decrease. The classes are easily adapted to meet your body and current needs.

Special Instructions

BRING YOUR OWN SOCKS (Grippy socks must be worn when using the Reformers) Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins.
