This class is for those wanting to use a little bit more resistance to build stronger and leaner muscles. This full body work-out focuses on sculpting + defining the entire body through a series of controlled movements with medium/heavy resistance. Pilates sessions are designed to: Strengthen back and abdominal muscles Improve balance, posture and coordination Increase flexibility Restore Natural Posture Improve athletic performance Rehabilitate and prevent injury Tone muscles Elevate and energize the spirit
