This is a moderate pass class, geared towards those who are wanting to build a bit more heat. This class builds from the fundamentals, with some holds when exploring peak poses.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close 5 minutes BEFORE classes in our Loft begin. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
