This is an intermediate and fast paced Vinyasa style class. It is recommended that students have prior experience taking yoga flow classes, and feel comfortable with their own alignment in postures before trying Yoga Flow 3. This class is for those wanting to gain confidence in their practice and explore a more challenging combination of breath and movement.
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. The studio doors will close as soon as class begins. We have mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available in-studio. You are welcome to bring your own, or any additional props you like to have for practice (ie. blankets, cushions, etc.)
