Breathe.Throughout the changing seasons of my life, yoga has grounded, challenged and strengthened my body and mind, and helped me to build self-confidence. It is healing. Yoga also creates community, people coming together for a class and sharing their energy in a positive and safe space. It is my hope that I can offer these gifts to others as I have the opportunity to lead people through their practice.Mind, body, breath. Be present, look inward, explore new poses, appreciate your body, nourish with full breath, enjoy and challenge yourself.I enjoy teaching slow and fast vinyasa flow, as well as yin yoga. Options to slowly and gently awaken your body through lengthening and stretching, or challenge yourself with a faster-paced and strengthening, breath to movement style. Destress and move your body in a way that suits you. Music is a beautiful element added to the atmosphere of each class.1:1 session availability.
