Prepare for your visit: Ø Before your visit you can start drinking coconut water, watermelon juice and consume foods rich in magnesium, sodium, potassium and chloride or just take supplements with these minerals. Ø It’s recommended to drink plenty of water and remain hydrated before, during and after the the visit. Ø Plan to bring yoga mat, layers/blanket should you become chilly while you are deeply relaxing; wear comfy clothes and socks. We have shoeless policy. No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the studio at any time. Ø Set your intentions for what you want to achieve. Come with an open heart and mind and be ready to experience the Universal power frequencies with every cell of your body. Ø Please arrive 10 min prior to class.
