Join our inclusive Mindfulness Meditation Classes, suitable for all levels. Led by Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Kathy Noel, sessions include guided meditation, practical instructions for solo practice, and engaging discussions. No experience required—just bring an open mind. Start your journey to inner peace and well-being today.   About the Facilitator: Kathy, a dedicated yoga and mindfulness practitioner since 2000, has been guiding students toward wellness since 2010. Certified in yoga teaching, she expanded her expertise in 2023 with certifications in Mindfulness Meditation and Mindful Eating. Specializing in stress and anxiety management, Kathy passionately shares transformative mindfulness practices. With a focus on fostering inner peace and well-being, she empowers individuals to deepen their connection with themselves and the world. Additionally, Kathy teaches Mindful Eating, promoting a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food and body.   To ensure fair access for everyone, registration for this program opens 30 days in advance. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!   This program is free for those affected by cancer and their caregivers, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Participants must be aged 18 or above to take part in this program.
