The course of 6 sessions every Monday at 9.00am will consist of an introduction to yoga, both as a physical and meditative practice. It is ideal for those who have never practiced yoga before and for those returning to the mat. We shall focus on key asana (postures) and over the duration of the course will build strength and confidence. The course is designed to be inclusive and modifications, including the use of props, will support students in their practice. In addition, the course will cover breathwork techniques to aid relaxation and stillness.
