join Kristina or Liz for an introduction to yoga, a flowing approach that links the breath to your movements while stretching the whole body through easy yoga poses and sun salutations. Yoga for beginners includes basic poses, breathwork, stretching and relaxation techniques at the end of the class. It will help you improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. The lovely Chantelle will still teach Beginners Yoga from Canada on ZOOM on our wide screen in the studio
