About the Class

Also called Floor Barre or Ballet Core, a core and restore ballet class will combine Pilates exercises with ballet movements, adapted to all levels. From core conditioning, arms, legs, glutes and back strengthening exercises, to focusing on proper alignment, coordination of the upper and lower body, deep muscles flexibility stretching, for a total body workout. Join Adèle for one hour of floor exercises which will target specific muscle groups. You do not need any prior ballet or Pilates knowledge, just come as you are and enjo the heat building in each muscle of your body!
