About the Class

Are you between the ages of 10-16 and enjoy the idea of more advanced balancing yoga postures and inversions? Then this is the practice for you! We usually alternate between a week of inversions and drills to build strength and flexibility needed to get upside down with weeks where we practice more advanced balancing postures and stretches. This is a super fun way to stay healthy, strong and flexible!
