About the Class

This 60-minute Aerial Fitness class combines performance style conditioning, HIIT, Pilates, and elements of martial arts, with Vinyasa style flow to stretch, strengthen and tone the whole body from the inside out. Work to your edge and build powerful abs, arms and shoulders, chest, back, legs, heart and lungs! High energy music along with unique sequencing and transitions, Aerial Fit will take your workout to new heights! All levels welcome.
