About the Class

YOUTH FITNESS Group fitness classes (5-6) specifically designed for youth (ages 11-13) Our team of experienced coaches lead the classes through a 50-minute workout customized to meet the individual needs and goals. Objectives include: Increasing lean muscle mass, muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning Improving coordination, mobility, speed, and agility Learning techniques to properly activate muscles Correcting muscular imbalances and reinforcing proper posture Developing range-of-motion and dynamic stability at the major joints Building lifelong healthy fitness habits Class times Monday's & Wednesday's 4:30pm-5:30pm Price $277 per month
