Normatec’s compression therapy also helps maintain your full range of motion, supports lymphatic drainage, and decreases pain—so you never have to let DOMS cramp your style. Theragun Percussive Therapy – Delivers deep muscle treatment to alleviate tension, improve flexibility, and reduce pain through targeted percussive massage. Dynamic Stretching Routine  – One-on-one guided stretching tailored to your needs to improve mobility and reduce muscle tightness. Pricing: Single Session = $60 4 Session Package = $200 ($50/Session) 24 Hour-Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
