Growing up as a dancer and athlete, yoga came into Molly's life as a way to express her creativity while also healing the mind and supporting the body. Molly has been practicing for 20 years, teaching for 9 and holds over 1000 hours worth of yoga certifications. She still learns something new every time she comes to the mat, which is why she loves to share this practice with others and learn alongside together. In her classes, you'll find the balance of grounding and playfulness, offering challenges that are still within reach. The flows and music are rhythmic and soulful, inviting you to shift from getting out of your head to simply being in the body. Her hope is that you leave feeling free, in-touch, and confident with yourself. You and your body deserve it.
