Yin yoga provides the optimal deep stretch for all level of practitioners. With our Hot Yin class you will start with a few stretches and then get into each posture while allowing the Far Infrared heat safely detoxify the body 25% more than other heated yoga systems. This class will start with a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. This practice stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. We have a strict late cancellation / no show policy. If you cancel after 3 hours or do not show up, you will lose your class credit. Also please know out of the respect of the students who are on time in class, we do not allow late arrivals.
